Venue hire with self-catering options
The purpose-built Centre can accommodate groups of up to 25 people in six bunk bedrooms. There is a large comfortable sitting/dining room with an open fireplace. Adjacent to the dining room is a well-equipped kitchen where all visitors’ meals can be freshly prepared on site. The Centre has a shower room with three private shower cubicles, two toilets and sinks. We also have a wheelchair accessible wet room, with shower, toilet and sink. The building is centrally heated. Separate from the main building is the Forest Room, which is a large versatile recreational/workshop space with a large wood-burner. There are two additional toilets in this building. We can supply bedding for groups at a charge of £20 per head.
We can provide organic and vegetarian catering for groups and are experienced in catering for particular dietary needs.
Workshops and activities - bespoke options
We are able to offer visiting groups a variety of arts, crafts, yoga and bushcraft sessions by prior arrangement. Please contact us for more details.
Camping at the Centre

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Time frames above include turn-around gaps for back-to-back groups. These arrival and departure times may be flexible to a degree depending on the other bookings around a group slot – by negotiation with the Centre Manager.
BEDDING COSTS (Additional to venue fee)
Bedding will be supplied at £20 per set including towels.
Groups are also welcome to bring their own bedding. We supply pillows, duvets and blankets. Groups will need to bring duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets and towels.
Provisional bookings can be made well in advance, but can only be considered as a secure or definite booking once a deposit has been received. Booking deposits are due six months in advance of the event and will be charged by invoice.
If a provisional booking has been agreed and another group inquire about the same dates, we will contact the group with the provisional booking by telephone and email to request a booking deposit immediately. If the first group does not pay the booking deposit within a week of the contact regarding the provisional booking, we will offer the dates to the second group.
Booking deposits are non-returnable unless we are able to re-book a time slot. At the receipt of a replacement booking deposit, we will refund the deposit paid by the group that has cancelled.
